I have have VBP on a few of my charts (showing last 15 years data), kind of a composite volume profile.
All settings are the same between studies on different charts, but the display is not, valleys peaks appear at different levels:

4t renko chart; right aligned vbp 15 years data

60 min chart; right aligned dbp 15 years

it's obvious around the 2005 level (valley in 60 min chart, and not on 4t renko)

There is not 15 years of historical Intraday data available.

Also, these images are not acceptable.

Refer to the instructions here:

When we are given complex images with too much on them we struggle to understand what you are trying to show.

One possible reason this happens is because of an algorithm to manage memory use when there is a large amount of data loaded in the chart. We will see what we can do.

One of the charts is also back adjusted and has volume-based rollovers and the other one does not use those options. This is the main reason for the difference or the only reason.

Understand what you are doing.

Thanks, I will check make sure the rollover options are the same for all charts.
In Sierra Chart is there a recommended option for the ES?
Cheers

You definitely do not want to use volume rollover for stock index futures and for a long term Volume Profile, in our opinion doing back adjusting does not make any sense.
