No response to server ping request - CQG

This morning starting at 10:39:36EST I started to receive a No response to server ping request (see log below). The data appears to be working and it's not clear why I'm receiving these messages. Any guidance would be appreciated. If I can ignore these messages, is there a way to stop the Trade service log from popping up? This is interesting. That is actually a message from the CQG server. To prevent the Trade Service Log from opening, you just need to keep it open and drag it off to the edge of the screen.
