Tick Chart Display Issues

All the charts in my ChartBook have loaded except for the tick chart, which remains blank. On the chart itself, the message box displays "Loading...100% Click to cancel". When I close the ChartBook, the Message Log reads "Warning: The load intraday data thread did not end when requested. This may cause some unexpected behavior. | 2013-07-02 10:36:22" I have tried the following: 1) Close and reopen ChartBook 2) Close and reopen SierraCharts 3) Delete and download data from the beginning of today's regular session. Has this single window become corrupted because the rest of the ChartBook appears fine? Can you please provide some help on next steps? On another note, I started a thread with subject "Alert Conditions" on 6/22/2013 @ 19:34:21 which another user was kind enough to respond to with last posting at 21:15:50 on the same day. However, the answer did not fully cover the question, so I asked for further guidance from SC Support but it seems to have slipped the cracks. Would you please look at it for me? We recommend deleting the Intraday data file for the symbol of the chart that is not completely loading. SC Engineering, Thanks for the help. Deleting the .scid file solved my issue and now the tick chart displays fine. Please let me know if you have problems finding the unanswered thread that I referred to above? If so, I can re-post to make it easier for you to find. Appreciate your time. |
