Sierra won't open after update

Hi, I was trying to move my data and setup from old laptop to new computer. I managed to move everything however I made an error and downloaded new spreadsheet version on the new install and mine only works on old. So I updated to latest version of old spreadsheet ran the installer but now Sierra won't open at all. I've tried reinstalling visual c++ already. Please let me know what else I can do. |

If you are running the Sierra Chart version that supports Old Spreadsheets the computer needs to have Microsoft .NET 4 installed.
