Hello Support,

I have done a new subscription to see IN RT the datas for ES and S&P Indices . But now i see the ESH16 freezed and

The S&P Indices in late .

What did i miss ?

Before i connected SierraC and then I connected with SC Data- All Services But it doesn't work in RT.

What am i doing wrong ?

About the Indices as IXI.XC or SP500G.X for exemple.

Yes i have a founded trading account on a server. Now i am using my second Sierra licence . So One licence is on my Future Account and the other( second licence) is that i am using for my studies. So I activated the SierraChart RealTime Data on the second licence now.

No Good ?!

If Sierra Chart is only used by you, you only need one Sierra Chart account that can be used on three systems.

To receive the Full CME Group data in real-time, you must connect the instance of Sierra Chart where you want to receive that data, to your futures account. Follow the instructions here to do this:

These are all valid S&P indices symbols:
$IGX , $IXY , $IXI

If you are not receiving data for these, then provide a copy of the Message Log.
