Chartbook, Charts- Problems Loading

It is taking an inordinate amount of time to get my chartbooks to load, some of the charts within a chartbook will load quickly and others take a very long time OR completely freeze and will not load at all. FYI -This is a very recent problem (last few days)since installing the latest build, #1369....Could you offer some solution for me to correct this problem?

If there is a particular symbol or symbols which Intraday data slowly loads for, the first step we would recommend you do is to delete the Intraday chart data file for them.
