I have, for instance, an intraday chart that go back say 1000 days. We actually set a high on the ES around 5/19/2015 of 2132.25 (intraday).
However, my intraday chart seems to be "Shifted down" or at least the chart only reaches a high of 2079 on that date now.

I was using the ATCharts from Transact and this chart was fine. When I switched to sierradatafeed and Actual Sierra Chart Package the charts no longer seem to show the proper prices.

Is there a setting I have to change to download method I'm missing to so the true prices? I have signed up for package 5.

Make sure you are using the Continuous Futures Contract feature:

Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Continuous Contract must not be set to one of the back adjusted options.
