SC NO longer loading intraday data from IB

A change has been made to how SC handles data from IB
since rolling over from march to may, it no longer downloads historical data and frequently stalls at startup where it just says 'waiting to download historical data'.

I used to be able to see years of intraday data. now, despite asking to download 1500 days of intraday data, it only shows back to december 2015
this throws off all my cycle work and indicators I use some of which have very long periods.

in this exmaple of ZW, I cannot see back further than december.
when i looked at the charting software within my IB account, I could see years of intraday data on this contract.
in the log it says pacing violation and the data does not load - it just says "downloading historical data bars may not appear until done". in the log I get the pacing violation message and then i get "next download request is pending".

I am rolling back to a late january version.
if you could please give this issue your urgent attention, i would be most appreciative.

I rolled backt o 1364.
it still will not show more historical data.
for example, in may wheat, it says data downloading. it has been saying this for 15 mins now.

i know the data is there. because i can see it in IBs built-in charting software. i set it on intraday and could scroll back into 2015. SC limits me to december.

i have the same issue with KC, CC, CT, SB, ZC, ZS, ZL, GC, HG, CL, NG, PA, PL, RB

now it says "download complete".
despite requesting 600 days of data, on the xample above with ZW I am still limited to december 2015

HD Request # 662 | Intraday download COMPLETE for ZW-201605-ECBOT. Completion time: 8m 19s. Unique request ID: 1236 | 2016-02-23 13:09:56

well if the log says it is complete then i am frustrated that it is not displaying the data that it supposedly downloaded.
