Historical data problem EurUsd futures

Dear Support Team, I am using SC from my personal account and Infinity Charts. The data problem happens with Infinity Charts. InfinityFutures support told me to talk to you. Probably I am doing something wrong: under Sierra Chart 1371 and InfinityAT and TransAct data in E7H6 I do not receive any historical data for intraday charts, only back-adjusted continuous data for the historical daily chart. In M6EH6 it is the other way around: I am receiving proper intraday data, but no historical data for the daily chart. 6EH6 brings up everything perfectly. All charts have the exactly same settings. Any idea what I am missing? Thank you for your consideration, Best, Chris |
