is it possible or on a list of things to do in SC to make all chart windows, even detached ones, the ability to add tabs and combining two or more detached windows together?

something like this for any window? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11830812/Screens/2016-02-23_09-47-03.mp4 im surprised this isnt possible for windows that are detached or outside the main sc chartbook.
