CME Real-time free trial 10 min gap

Hi , i just signed for the CME emini real-time package trial - fee $42 - , but every time i try to open an ES chart i get the full chart updated up to 10 minutes from present then there is a gap then there is the real time candles updating normally . Why is that ? Is it because i am on free trial ? Thanks

This most likely is because our historical data servers are not up to date with the latest changes to support this new exchange fee. Give us about one hour to get this done.

When it is done re-download the data by following the instructions here:
