Interactive Brokers "Record True Real Time Data" but still update with snapshot data

Is it possible to Record True Real Time Data for the candlesticks so that the data is accurate, but at the same time STILL be updating the candlesticks using the snapshot data? This way, we can have the candlesticks being updated faster than every 5 seconds and still have the candlesticks being corrected every 5 seconds.

I am trading the Nikkei 225 Mini futures contract on the Osaka Securities Exchange, as well as stocks on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, so it wouldn't be possible for me to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. I have asked in another support thread about CQG data for the OSE and TSE. Thanks for the help.

We heard from CQG about this and you will need to open an account with a broker supporting CQG and also supports trading those particular exchanges.
