hello i updated and the daily bar is not plotting correctly & indicators are not either: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1372426402861.png edit: it is not just yen, it is every chart soybeans is also doing this except it goes from zero to current price in a big green bar: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1372426383505.png aside from that problem with the indicators and how the daily bar is plotting, here is how the rollover is looking for the beans: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1372426588928.png gold - http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1372426311658.png i went ahead and downgraded & here is a picture of gold plotting correctly: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1372426773946.png sorry about the indicators & other but they are part of the issue thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-06-28 13:40:53

We are checking on this. You are monumentally confusing things with the studies to the point where these images are not useful for us at all.

i thought i deleted that statement, sorry. this was before i upgraded this morning. the only reason i included the studies was because that is part of the problem.. all you should need to look at is the last plotted daily bar and how the moving averages are going sharply down for no reason maybe the attached will be less confusing for you |

We cannot even properly see the price bars will all of those studies confusing it. You need to understand, when user gives us a complex image, it gets disregarded. With all of the work that we do and all the support requests we get, we cannot be overwhelmed with information overload. It is OK, we understand the problem after we looked at our own simple chart.
