I have a problem with NG natural gas, DOM trading works ok but not a daily chart looks like this and has frozen a smaller time frame has no data ... I can send you pictures and log

We cannot tell what the symbol of the Historical Daily chart is. Please let us know.

In the case of the Intraday chart, you are using the TAS contract (NGT). Are you aware of that? That is not the typical futures market that would be traded. The data will not be the same as the NG contract.

Yes, we know. You will not necessarily be able to properly chart TAS markets.

not a single chart symbol NG nor NTG does not work either the day or the other, DOM tradin works ok

Open a chart for the NG futures contract and then post an image of it, by following these steps here:

You should have no trouble with the NG futures contract.
