Hello, My live charts will not open. I get the messaged "Historical Download Skipped" every time I try to log in. Yesterday they were working fine, but it appears the data feed stopped at around 2pm yesterday, (UK time). I do not know how to restart the feed. Could someone please help? Many thanks, Chris |

Actually, it's ok! I have since realized the cause of the problem lay in my account being out of date! I have purchased another month and it is all working fine. Chris |
