I'd like to be able to quickly put a buy/sell limit order at market price. Is there any good way to do it?

We do not understand the purpose of the question. Do you understand what a Bid price is and what a Ask price is? Do you know what a limit order is? For example, do you know what is meant Buy Ask? So you do not understand this is a buy limit order at the ask price? Did you think of trying these in trade simulation mode. I don't think I am wasting time. I am trying to figure out how to use the system in the way that I wanted. I want to buy/sell limit at market price. But the option is buy/sell -1 tick, +1tick etc. say if the current price is 1888.00 on screen, the price fluctuate, especially in low liquidity, it may have a knee jerk, shot up to 1888.25 or 1888.50 for bid price. If I choose buy limit +1 tick, that will put me at 1888.75 as I understand. But then, market quick reverse back to 1888.00. This is not a scenario that I want. Am I wrong?! |
