Flatten All

Hi there,
Order and Positions window has a "Cancel All" button - cancels all of the pending orders on all DOM's.
1. Is there a "Flatten All" button or a hotkey that would flatten/cancel positions/orders on multiple DOM's?
2. Is there a hotkey for "Cancel All" that would work on multiple DOM's?

Thank you

1. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeStatusWindows.html#FlattenTradePositions

2. There is only the button if you want to be able to cancel orders for multiple symbols. No shortcut key.

I know this is a years-old post but on the off chance someone comes here looking for this feature as I was... there is another solution that's better (IMO) than using the Trade Status Window.

In the Control Bar you can add "Trade Flatten and Cancel" as a button from the "Trading Commands" category. No hotkey mapping that I can see, but at least it's just a single click away without having to have another window open. It's no "Flatten All" but it's good enough for me since I will tend to have only a single trade on at a time.

I may have to stand corrected. I tried using the Flatten & Cancel button shortly after making this post, and it did nothing. It would not flatten my open position, and I don't know why.

i had similar issues with "Trade Send Attached Order", till i figure out that I needed to enable trading keyboard shortcuts.

Chart Trade Mode and Trading Keyboard shortcuts for the chart need to be enabled for this command to be followed.

We will add a control bar button to flatten all positions.

It would be great if you can also support assigning a keyboard shortcut for the Flatten All command.

This does exist in the latest release of Sierra Chart already.

I could find the "Cancel All Orders All Symbols All Accounts" option but it does not flatten the positions but only cancel orders. It is not Flatten All function.
Or am I missing it?

Make sure you are running the very latest release and the command is Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts >>Flatten All Positions.

Since this is related, I thought it might be good to post it here. When I add the "Cancel Orders All Symbols All Accounts" button to a control bar, I am still prompted for confirmation when clicking it, even though I have [[Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Disable Order Confirmations - Global]] checked. Maybe it's not really an "order confirmation" but unfortunately it does not serve its purpose if prompted, since the purpose of a global "cancel everything now" is to do it immediately with no questions asked, and especially when the popup appears away from where I clicked, I might not even see that I still need to confirm the action.
