scale problem after using SC real-time data feed

I've just finished setting up the sc datafeed using ib as broker. What I notice is for CL (cruel oil) and GC (gold), the scale displayed in my multi time frame charts are incorrect (pls see attached). I also found that the real-time/historical price multiplier had been set to 0.01. As I didn't change my chart settings before (my charts are used with ib data feed previously), pls advise why this happened and what should I do to make the scale to display correctly. Thx.

BTW, sc ver used is 1362.

Select Chart >> Chart Settings. Make sure "Auto Set from Data Feed" is unchecked. The setting is by the "Price Display Format" setting.
