Adjusting Chart Regions through Value Scale

Hi, Previously was able to perform the adjustment of the chart regions through the value scale, however currently is not able to perform it ( The convenient way ). Kindly assist, appreciate and thanks. |

We tested this and we do not see a problem. Select Tools >> Pointer. When you hover over the dividing area between Chart Regions in the Values Scale, do you see a short horizontal line displayed?
