Dear SC-Team,

since a few days I have problems displaying 6E contract correctly in DOM and chart.
I attached some screenshots for you.

Trading Technologies has failed to correct the simple problem causing this.

Contact your broker and have them move you over to the CQG trading platform service:
CQG Trading Platform Service

After that is done you will need to follow the set up instructions to connect to CQG. They are in the link above.

You also need to change the symbol of the charts to use the CQG symbols. To do that, follow the instructions here:

Why do I have to move to CQG?
This is not included in AMPs conditions.

Contact your broker AMP and refer them to this thread.

There should not be a problem for them to move you to the CQG system.

Charting and pricing works fine. But the TradingDOM looks still weird.
Any updates for this?

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
