Hello again! Thank you. I woulsd like to use sc.IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName in my studies. Based on the description, I have to provide you DLL name and usernames of people using those studies. Because of that I have the following questions: 1. Should I have paid account with Sierra charts or it is not obligatory? 2. Could you please still respond for my question from first mail about the support in case I am a Transact Futures Customer. 2. Should people using my studies have paid SierraCharts account? 3. Will this feature be working if people using my studies are the Customers of Transact Futures or other brokers? What information has to be sent to you then? 4. You need to provide us the SCDLLName from your source code file. We do not need any Sierra Chart Account Names. You will be given a control panel to enter those. 1. You do not need a paid account for this. 2. We can help you with basic questions. 3. Yes. But they can use Sierra Chart provided through a broker. 4. Yes.
