Hello,

I am using the Spreasheet Study for Trading, alongside with the Zig Zag Study and my problem is the following :

On the Spreadsheet Study for Trading,
I have No Entry Signal in Columns K, M, (i.e the value is 0, not 1, printed in the Cell), and the Spreadsheet generates Buy/Sell Entry Signals on erroneous locations.
I understand that the Zig Zag lines are updating constantly and that it could generate a New Signal on a New Bar, but with my coding, the parameters of the Studies (on Bar Close, see below), and the visual confirmation that there is No Buy/Sell Entry Signal (0 values in Cells of Columns K, M), from my understanding, the Automated Trading should not occur.

Maybe I am forgetting a little detail with the Parameters of the Studies, so I am asking your Help to Solve this Problem.

The Parameters from the Studies:

//Zig Zag study ;

-Calculation Mode 2
-Number of Bars Required for Reversal : 10
-Calculate New Values On Bar Close : Yes

//Spreadsheet Study for Trading;

-Reset Conditions On New Bars : Yes
-Do Not Output Subgraphs Set To Ignore : Yes
-Signal Only Once Per Bar : Yes
-Signal Only On Bar Close (Columns L, N-Z) : Yes
-Signal Only On Bar Close (Columns K, M) : Yes
-Strict Signal Only On Bar Close evaluation : Yes

I will also attach a Screenshot to this Message to illustrate my Problem.
If you look on the Chart, at around 9:45, 9:50 am, the Zig Zag makes a Higher Low at 1840.75 ESH6 points.
After the Low is made, we are going back up with the Candles, and the Replay with Accurate Trading Automation takes exactly 6 Short Trades (see Pink Signals), during the ascension.
During that same exact ascension, the Spreadsheet Study for Trading did Not generates any Entry Signals, and I get 6 Erroneous Trades.

Could you please Help me to Find the way to Solve this Issue ?

Thank you
Regards

Hello again,

So I was Investigating, and I realised that I forgot to mention that I use $J$8<1, and $J$8>-1, for Buy/Sell Entries, because I don't want to flood the Trade Log with messages.
Could it be the reason why I don't have Entry Signals in Columns K, M ?

If so,
Why do I have 37 Entry Signals in Columns K, M ? (over 250 Total Trades, over 3000 bars)

If that is the problem...

Regards

I tought about something else.
Maybe because the Zig Zag is always re-updating, until the new High or Low is made, it changes my Prior Conditions that are based on the Zig Zag.
So maybe that's why I can not rely on Entry Signals from Columns K, M .
Let me know what you think please if you can confirm what I think is the problem.

Thanks
Regards
