You are using Interactive Brokers and not using a Sierra Chart provided data service, so this could not be a problem on our side but instead with Interactive Brokers. I am sorry but the problem is on your side. I am getting data from Interactive Brokers. My API setting is correct. I have spoken with IB and they have checked all setting on there side. I do think the problem is your server. Yours Winston 770-645-9998 |

You are not using any Sierra Chart real-time data services. There is no server problem. Restart Sierra Chart. Open one Intraday chart and no other charts. Once again open one chart and no other charts. After that provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Once again only open one chart.
