Has Historical Charts always been in Service Pack 1? Was under impression that Service Pack 3 wqas needed before historical charts. Anyway last week I lost gold and silver by my own dumb errors and looking for the easiest way to get as much back data as possible to make up new charts, Only need these two, don't want to mess with anytthing else.

Thanks in advance,

Wyn

You do need to use Sierra Chart service package 3 to get access to the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service which is used for Historical charts.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

So, I'm getting it now. You no longer offer Service Pack 1--correct? Will Service pack 3 include control bars where I keep getting an error of "whatever"?

Service Package 1 is not offered to new users. However, your account still has access to it.

All service packages include the Control Bars.

What error message are you getting specifically?
