Spreadsheet comparison operator precision

When two cells in the spreadsheet are compared, do they use floating point comparison like in FomrattedEvaluate? for example, if I do something like this ID0.SG4@3 > ID1.SG1@3 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-01-17 04:44:57

The values will be compared as is. There is no formatted comparison.
