Hi, I have used sierra chart earlier with oec data feed, back then i had my own subscription and paid monthly fees etc. Now have switched to transact, they provide me sierra chart for free, but from that platform am not able to login to my original sc account.I'm intend to use sc exchange data feed connected to ntransact, but after purchasing it (35.-usd) on my original sc acc., am not able to activate it or link it together, because have no usage time ( which is free with transact)...Hope that sounds not too complicated. |

We see that you have logged into Sierra Chart with your paid Sierra Chart account and it is installed to the C:\SierraChart\ folder and it is set to use the TransAct service. You just need to start Sierra Chart on its own from the C:\SierraChart\ folder. This is what we currently see you are doing. This copy of Sierra Chart cannot be automatically started by the TransAct software and you will not want to do that. Let us know if you have any other questions.
