Problem with changing from CQG live account to Rithmic demo account

I have problem that my broker doesn't see my trades on Rithmic Sim and I need him to see them. On my end everything works. Broker tells me that he doesn't see that I made any trades on Rithmic sim but I am trading for two days now. The way I made a change. I entered the Rithmic platfom and i exited it because i was told that i can use sierra chart. I entered the sierra chart platform (usinig my old pasword to the platform) and i changed data source to one I was given in the email to Rithmic account. I had to chenge every chart name because rithmic had other. I also have taken out new DOM. Every time i enter the platform I have to change data source from CQG to Rithmic. Please help me how can i do it right. I attach screen showing I am loged on Rithmic (in tittle ) |
