How to get the 1 minute and 5 minute charts to load!

Help! I just got this today and for some reason. When i click on file. find symbol, type the symbol (AAPL) and hit open intraday chart all i get is a blank screen? When i push historical chart it comes up fine but when i click intraday i just have a blank screen?? I see the 1-minute, 5-minute, 10 minute tab on the top of my screen but when i push either one it's just a blank screen? Why????????????

Oh i don't? I thought i had the top package that included all that? Well my main focus is in a couple of days i will be adding the TTM squeeze indicator (study) to use with my profile package.. Do i have the right package or can you modify it to give me the package i need. What would you suggest? Kevin

We are not referring to the software service package you have paid for. We are referring Data Service you have selected within Sierra Chart. Hello again and thank you for replying quickly, i see that the following doesn't have the Streaming Real-Time Data: No. What is a good way to get real streaming data charts added to my profile? Do i need another service like bartcharts or stockcharts.com added! That's what i'm really looking for using your program. Thanks, Kevin

So you require streaming real-time data for stocks? If so, you could use any of the following: Interactive Brokers TD Ameritrade Barchart Data service All of these are supported by Sierra Chart. You do not need to change or software service package. You just need to Become set up with one of the services. Hello gang! I just bought the barchart service chart streaming over the weekend paid service and now trying to get real time 1 minute charts to actually steam.. I'm able to open the intraday charts so that's a start but when i click on 1-minute 5-minute i don't see the charts moving or updating to the current time. Can you help again? =) Everything seems like it's connected up.. Kevin

You need to contact Barchart and have them enable your account for real-time data for stocks. Otherwise, the charts will not update in real time. Or even delayed.
