Study Color Bar Based on do not calculate permanently

I am using (I try) the Study "Color Bar ... Alert..." with an alert Condition as you can see in the attached file. The study do not calculate permanently. It works only after a "Button click" Apply. What is the problem? |

This is not completely clear for us. From our perspective it is hard to perceive exactly what is happening and why. There definitely is no problem with the study itself. That would be very unlikely.
