Hello, how do I update my sierra charts to include the recent changes by the CME? I have downloaded the new pre release version as well as tried to changed the tick values myself (and setting that is gets it from the data feed).

The Symbol Settings have been updated for the 6E. Just let us know if there is any further problem. We did notice the Easy Screen data feed was not sending any 6E data until about 10 minutes ago. The connection reset itself. Yeah that's correct, all I could see moving was Brent and Gold, everything else was stuck at last week - it seems to be working now. Thanks for your help
