inside 30min candle bars
does anyone know if sierra can do this

2/is it possible to get multiple timeframes on one chart, not above each other

1/ Try the NMinBars user-contributed study on the 15min chart, and set the Seconds Count to 1800.
Go to Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study... >> User Contributed Studies >> NMinBars >> Add

2/ Not directly. Try the Study/Price Overlay study and set the Scale to Independent.
