Order Entry Issue

Here is the issue. I am:


1. Entering a stop limit order via the DOM
2. Order gets triggered.
3. After a few seconds of being triggered, the order is automatically being closed by SC (although I don't want it
to be). The SC screen shows zero open positions.
4. The position has not actually closed and is still showing in the IB system.
5. In order to close the position I have to enter a new Stop Limit Order in SC.

Please advise ASAP as this error has been very expensive lately.

You must update to the current version of Sierra Chart to solve this. It is documented here:
