Hi there, I have opening and funded an account with AMP Futures [104135] and talking to them they recommend I select SCs Package 5 through their portal so I can set up my SCs package via AMP. Therefore can you please refund/credit me with the remaining 102 days [unsure what that amounts to] back to my credit card or bank account which ever is easier? Thanks and regards, Mark |

no refund - so I have to run 2 SC packages - is that the case? is there a way you can converse with AMP to allow me Package 5 on my account? |

Your own Sierra Chart account is already set to service package 5. So you do not need to pay your broker for that. Simply tell them that you do not want them to provide you Sierra Chart. This is all. It is very simple. If they tell you otherwise, they are mistaken about that. You would be better off using the SC you pay for directly yourself compared to AMP's less/low featured watered down version, I promise!!
