What changes in settings need to be applied to Sierra to handle the new half ticks size of the CME 6E contract as per January 10 2016?

The Symbol Settings you have updated; is this just for the SC data feed or have you updated it for all data feeds eg TTnet?

Assuming you have done SC data feed only and that TTnet should do their own at their end, I assume I still follow your instructions to apply the update from TTnet?

Those instructions have not worked for me (1352 and T4, symbols updated, updated settings applied to charts).

Current price is displayed e.g. 10.91600 and yesterdays price was 1.0540....so the charts are scaled accordingly.
Please advise.

We are checking on this for CTS.

Really surprised about these problems. Our own data feed handled this gracefully without any trouble at all.

We have corrected the Symbol Settings for the 6E for CTS. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

You will also need to apply them to the chart:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps

However, there is a problem where the historical data before January 10, 2016 does not match the new price format.

It can be adjusted by following the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AdjustingData.html

In the case of CTS what we see is expected because the historical data has not been adjusted for this symbol. At least the last time we looked.

Anyway, re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

You can adjust the historical data in the chart by using the Edit >> Adjust Data function which is documented here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AdjustingData.html

If you want a resolution to the problem right now, then you do have the ability to resolve it right now.

Yes, CTS should take care of this, but you have the ability to resolve it on your own without having to wait for CTS, assuming they change the historical data.

Range bars for 6E become half of their length after applying the "Half tick change" because
they count the half tick as a one tick.
I doubled their length to solve this...
For example: Chart Settings> Bar Period: Range Per Bar-True (in ticks) was eaqual 3 and
I changed it to 6 for bars to keep the original length of 3 ticks...

The target and stop legs for bracket order are counting half ticks as ticks
so their values have to be doubled..

In order for us to provide you an accurate and fast response, when posting an image of a chart, only use the method described here and no other:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

When using Edit >> Adjust Data >> Adjust Price and Volume. Make sure the Last Date and Time to Adjust Date is set to 2016-01-09.

Re-download all the data in the chart again, and adjust the data again but not later than that date.
