Problem with basic signals not triggering on IB FOREX symbols

On IB Forex symbols (e.g. EURUSD, GBPUSD) alerts are not triggering. Example, the attached chart shows EURUSD with a simple MACD (ID7), and an alert for whenever the red line is below zero and the blue line is above zero. Those conditions are met on multiple occasions. Nonetheless, no signals come up. If I change the instrument to a CME symbol, signals trigger normally. Happy to share the chartbook. Please help. Thanks. |
