| I tried searching on sierrachart.com and google but didn't find the answer. I'm seeing an issue where certain symbols may have a volume profile display issue and it's stuck @ the bottom of the chart. A quick way I found to fix the problem is change the time frame or toggle the Full/evening session. I have Interactive Brokers for data. Am I doing something wrong? I tried the "delete and download" option too but it didn't help. Thanks. |

| Thank you for the reply. Here's the screenshot of the issue. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1451934488534.png If I change the bar period, it will fix it - http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1451934546564.png |

| When I compare the volume with another platform, I see a slight difference but not by much so not sure if my volume profile problem is the same as the link provided. If I uncheck "Allow support for Sierra chart Data Feeds" then I definitely see much lower volume. For some reason even when I change "Volume/Open Interest Multiplier" to 100, it won't stick. I go back to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 and it automatically put itself back to 1. The issue is not a huge problem since I just have to hit a button to fix it so I'm not going to worry about it for now. Perhaps I will subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in the future and see if that will resolve the issue. Thanks again for your help. |

| When you set the Volume multiplier to 100, does it remain until you change the symbol of the chart? It should. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. | You're right. Volume/Open Interest Multiplier only change itself back when I switch symbol. My volume profile issue doesn't occur unless I change to another symbol and then change it back. So I was switching back and forth to replicate the issue. If there's something else I can send in to troubleshoot this, please let me know. If I'm the only one with this problem then I think I can live with it. All I have to do is change the bar period and it's fine until I change to another symbol. Thanks again! |

| I trade many different stocks so this method will be a lot of work. Is there a global setting to automatically multiple volume by 100? Thanks! |

| You just need to set the Volume Multiplier to 100 for the stock symbol patterns, in the Global Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php There should only be about five patterns you have to set this on.
