free trial real time data on US30

Hello,
I have a free trial.
I'm trying to get 5 min real time data for the US30 (connected with SC Forex Data), but the chart does not update.
If I disconnect and reconnect I get appropriate data, but then the chart does not update with live data

Could you help me

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
