Charts taking a long time to load

Hi, When I open Sierra my charts are taking longer than 20 minutes to load and I don't know why? Have 5 or 6 chartbooks but most only have 6 charts. I am sending you the message log. Would appreciate your help - Cathy

20 minutes is a very very long time. It depends upon how much data is being loaded in those charts, but we would expect it should not take more than a minute. If a reasonable amount of data is loaded usually a Chartbook should open in less than 15 seconds.
