Hi,
Certain charts are not updating while most others are. One of the charts that is not updating is SPY. Can you please tell me how to correct this? This seems to be occurring since I upgraded to version 1336.
Thanks.

Restart Sierra Chart and open a chart only for SPY. Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed if not already connected.

After this provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

Hi,
I examined this further and noticed that it is happening on all charts that are "Volume Per Bar". The data comes in if I choose "Delete and Download Data" but many bars are missing on the "volume per bar" charts if I allow time to pass and do not click on "Delete and Download Data". This began with version 1336 and all worked well prior to that upgrade.
Thanks.

For example, the stock IBM would have the Symbol Pattern: ???

In Global Settings >> Symbol Settings.
