I have just extended my usage time but the message prompt me that current service package does not support this function. I have change my service package to 1 again which originally is 1 also. Currently not able to download and connect to data feed. Can help on that? Thanks. |

Forex only. Service package 1. Last time years back I on package 1. Now on trial also this package.

Therefore, in Sierra Chart set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Forex Data (FXCM)". You will then be able to connect to the data feed.
