Forex Data does not update from Rithmic

Hi, I'm using Rithmic for Forex daata. One one machine, Forex updates fine real-time, but on the other machine (same account name) the chart won't update until I disconnect and connect again. This will download the missing bars, however, the chat still won't update in the real time. Do you see whay the issue could be? It started today, 28/12/2015. Haven't experienced that before. The Message Log shows that there should not be a problem. Go to one of these Forex charts that is not updating and select Window >> Current Quote Window. Do you notice changes with the Bid and Ask prices? If so, the problem is that the option to average the bid and ask is not set. Nothing was updating in the current quote window (except for Bid/Ask difference), but when i updated the symbols for every data feed, the symbols started to update. Thank you!
