How to import Bid, Ask and Last tick data from .CSV (to be used for backtesting)?

Is this import possible? How do I do it if so? I could not find info on how in this link https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TextCSVDataFormat.html thnks. |

This is the format: Date, Time, Unused, Ask, Bid, Close, Volume, Number of Trades, Bid Volume, Ask Volume (Header is required. Intraday data only.) It has now been added.
