DOM using Data+Trading multiple instances problem

Hi, I am having trouble to configure a DOM using IQfeed data and trades taken through CTS. Documentation is clear, but I have not found a way overcome the different way the feeds send the price (ES is 1600.00 on IQFeed, 160000 on CTS). Here is what I do: - Two instances installed, source for data (IQFeed), destination for trading (CTS). Each work ok separately. - Open Trading DOM on destination instance with main symbol set to remote IQfeed symbol, and Real-time Alternate symbol to the local CTS symbol. - On General setting: set Use Non chart data from remote instances to ON (because I want the IQfeed better price/bid/ask/volume on the DOM...). - If I take a trade the DOM will send the IQFeed price to CTS servers (1600 instead of 160000 …). - If I set the Use Non chart data from remote data to OFF the order will be ok but the DOM is not updated by the better quality IQfeed price/bidask... so IQFeed is of no use… Please advise. w. |

We do see the problem and this has to do with the Real-Time Price Multiplier. We will see how to resolve this. However, the CTS T4 data feed is a good data feed. Why would you need to use IQ Feed? Thank you for your quick answer. I am no expert in data feeds, and had no intention to say CTS was a bad feed. Sorry for that. As far as I know and believe, compared to IQFeed, CTS is as good for real time price action, and a little less precise for real time volume per price. The main point of the question was the data + trading separation of the feeds. Maybe IQFeed+IB would have been a better example :) W. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-06-30 06:56:14

It is going to take us some time to implement a solution for this. Should not be more than a month though.
