We are noticing that the CQG Web API server that Sierra Chart uses for market data is currently having some problem apparently related to SSL/TLS and users will not be able to connect until this is resolved.

CQG has been notified of this.

This is an example of what you will see in the Sierra Chart message log caused by this:

It turns out that users would not have experienced this problem. Only we had experienced it due to a change we had made in the SSL layer to use any cipher. Once we removed that line of code we were able to connect.

Although one revision of Sierra Chart was released with this change. So if you cannot connect to CQG, update with Help >> Download Prerelease. The version number is the same.
