Flatten contract with interactive broker left with baby residue

I tried trading EURUSD spot forex with IB trial account. The first time, I placed 100k quantity, when I "flatten" the order, there are 2 left that not sold, seen only in IB trader workstation. The second time, I placed 10k, when I 'flatten", there is 1 left that not been sold. Is this IB problem? or sierra chart problem?
