Forex data for two weeks only?

In the documentation, it said that "Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service" is included in the standard packages. But why I can only download two weeks of data from 12/3 to 12/18 on daily chart for GBP/JPY? and only 5/2015 to 12/2015 for EUR/USD?

I set interactive brokers for trading service.

The symbol that I used is GBPJPY and EURUSD (not interactive broker's idealpro), shown as GBPJPY[M] and EURUSD[M]

For daily charts select Chart >> Bar Periods >> Daily. You will get at least 10 years of data.

All of those screenshots indicate you are using Intraday chart data. To increase the amount of Intraday data, refer to this section:
