Interactive Brokers - profit and loss loading/reloading

I was able load historical trades from IB but here is what I am experiencing. 1. On some of the instances of Sierra Chart, I was able to see the historical trades and load them at the next start up but the profit and loss of those were not displayed. 2. On some of the instances of Sierra Chart, I was not able to see the profit and loss at all in real time as a trade progresses. During a chart trade, after a trade is entered and filled, the entry point location would disappeared / not displayed BUT IB did recorded the trade. It may have to do with my switching computers, etc. and certain instances of Sierra Chart is setup differently. However, I am unable to locate the proper settings so I can resolve the above issues. In both cases, the communication between Interactive Brokers is not an issue. Thanks. |

1. Specifically where are you looking at this Profit and Loss for those. 2. We are going to add some more logging in the next release coming out tomorrow, which will help us determine the source of the problem. We can see that you are running the current version of Sierra Chart. So it is not an older version which would be affected by this for 2016 futures contracts.
