Chart Values and Tool Values Windows

When I select the Chart Values or Tool Values Window it will not open on my chart. I have tried to change some settings but It still will not appear on my chart. Please let me know how I can cause these windows to appear on my chart when selected Thanks |

Select Window >> Reset Windows. And then open those windows.
