Problem with history data

Hello, I bought software for three months, so I tried it. However, I have a problem with the history of plotted data. I keep getting data only for the last 30 days and I can not set a longer history. Please advice how to set up your software. I use data from Interactive Brokers where my account. History data be set as follows: Global Settings - Data / Trade Service Settings - Max. Historical Intraday Days To Download - for 90 days. Furthermore, I set Chart - Chart Settings - Days To Display / Load - for 90 days. Even if I set 90 days chart shows only 30 days.
