Dear Support & experienced Users, I am right now looking at attempting to automate some basic strategies to learn ACSIL more thoroughly and to code custom indicators. One of the first things you will read about renkos is that you can start defining zones of interest by counting lets say 3 bullish/bearish renko bars and then defining the zone based on that. I would like to code a custom study using this principle so that i can "skim" through the higher time frames and pickout zones of interest. http://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=679 Here is a good example of what I am looking at to do. Could anyone guide me towards what specific ASCIL functions i should be looking at to implement this? Or does anyone perhaps have something similar coded and would share the code so that i could look at it, study it and make the necessary modifications? Would appreciate some hints/suggestions.
